ASKO cooktops features - Get the most out of your cooktop

We have learned a lot since we started developing cooktops and now they are full with a great many improvements and solutions. Here we have collected some of the many features you can experience in a ASKO cooktop.

Intuitive interaction with Easy Dial™

With the Easy Dial™ function you’ll find an extremely fast and intuitive way of controlling your cooktop. This feature use a smart circular dial function with touch control where you easily set power and time. Sliding your finger on the control in a clockwise direction increase the power level, anti-clockwise reduce it. You can also change the same settings by using the button in the middle of the circle. By pressing the lock button for five seconds you lock the choices you’ve made.

Induction cooktops with auto pan detection

When you put a pan on a cooking zone, sensors will activate the corresponding control for the zone. When you lift it off, the zone will pause and start again when you put it back.

No flame, no gas!

Should the flame be extinguished by, for example, a draught or water boiling over, the gas supply to that particular burner will immediately be cut off.

Extended range with Bridge Induction™

ASKO’s flexible Bridge Induction™ zones let you bridge two cooking zones to create one large cooking zone, allowing you to optimise your cooking space. The Bridge Induction™ zones provide the ideal amount of space for large pots and pans, making your cooking options endless.

Most effective wok burner on the market

The Fusion Volcano Wok™ burner is different to most wok burners. It generates a vast amount of heat and effectively directs it to the base of the pan, rather than around the sides. It also maintains a high temperature even when you add more ingredients. This instantaneous heat transfer will help you to create the perfect wok dishes in your own home.
